Need awesome and reliable service? These guys are the best! I was referred to Brandon by a good friend of mine because my mom's water heater stopped working. I texted Brandon on a Sunday, he asked for pics of the water heater, we chatted a bit more and he told me one of his guys would be contacting me on Monday morning to come out. Well, Monday morning - I get a call and Mike meets me at my mom's house within 30 minutes. I headed over and Mike literally pulled up behind me! We pretty much knew we needed a new water heater and my mom asked about a tankless system. He explained everything to us (and I had one at a previous house) so we decided on the tankless water heater. We scheduled time for the Tuesday at 8am - and EVERYTHING was done by noon on Tuesday. They actually came back on Monday afternoon to do some preliminary work and my mom is just THRILLED with the service and the warm water. I DEFINITELY recommend these guys!

I didn't know who to call when the water heater went out. I used Yelp's messaging feature to request estimates and received 3 from local companies. All estimates were all priced close together. Out of the 3 companies, I chose Friends & Family because they had great reviews *and* they were easy to communicate with! That was a great decision!!Brandon was my contact, and he was quick to reply to my messages and showed up to replace the water heater on time.I never want to have water problems again, it's pricey to replace a water heater.
